1.施工前复查现场的实际情况，复验吊装方案中不合理的地方并加以修正，并由责任工程师确认。

2.对起重作业人员进行全面的施工程序、操作规程及安全技术交底。

3.建立现场安全监督机构，对每一施工部位，关键作业工序明确专人负责。

5.正式吊装前应进行试吊，试吊中检查全部机具情况，发现问题应先将吊件放回原地，故障排除后重新试吊，确认一切正常后方可正常吊装。

If any problem is found, the hoisting parts shall be put back in place first, and the trial hoisting shall be carried out again after troubleshooting. 6.吊装时应动作平稳，避免吊件振动和摆动。就位后方可截开吊装锁具。

7.吊装过程中如因故暂停，必须采取安全措施，加强现场警戒，尽快排除故障，不得使设备长时间处于悬空状态。

8.如遇五级以上大风严禁进行吊装作业。

9.吊装时，任何人员不得在吊件下面、受铜钟 一次性止血带 标志桩模具 钢丝轮 流水槽模具 防撞墙模具 检查井钢模具 不锈钢铸件 模锻件力索具附近及其它危险地方停留。
9. During hoisting, no personnel shall stay under the lifting parts, near the stressed rigging and other dangerous places.
10.吊装作业区应设警戒线，并做明显标志，吊装设备时严禁无关人员进入或通过。
